This is a new project that we started demolition on around August 1, 2008 and began new construction around October 1.  We have a projected completion date of October first, 2009.  As you can see from the photos below the original structure was a late 50s modern.  We razed it to the foundations and built on the existing pad.  A rendition of the the two street side facades is above.  We will add to the photo gallery as construction proceeds.  Enjoy.  

 

 P.S.  As you look at the photos of the new house and compare them to the rendition above you will notice obvious changes to the garage.  All projects evolve and Petite Chateau has been no different.
